THE LEVKO REVUTSKYI MEN\u2019S CHOIR CHAPEL is currently the only professional academic male choir in Ukraine. It is one of the country\u2019s leading artistic ensembles, with its singers named the \u201cGolden Voices of Ukraine\u201d by \"VIVA<\/span>\" magazine.<\/p>

The ensemble performs music across a wide range of genres, from classical music to rock. <\/span><\/p>

Choral works are performed both a capella<\/span>, and accompanied by an orchestra. Today, the ensemble also uses a variety of other contemporary forms of instrumental accompaniment.<\/p>

The Chapel regularly performs at the capital\u2019s major concert venues, appears on television and radio, and represents Ukrainian choral art at the highest level internationally. It is a regular participant in state events and cultural and artistic events in Kyiv and throughout Ukraine as well as a laureate <\/span>and winner of numerous national and international <\/span>choral festivals and competitions.<\/p>

The ensemble\u2019s repertoire and artistic legacy include masterpieces of world choral classics, Ukrainian folklore, sacred music and contemporary composition, including: major vocal and symphonic works (including L. Cherubini\u2019s Requiem, I. Stravinsky\u2019s opera-oratorio Oedipus Rex, and others); programs featuring Ukrainian and world classical music; sacred music programs (including carols and shchedrivky); works by contemporary Ukrainian composers; Ukrainian folk song programs (including historical, Cossack and patriotic songs); contemporary arrangements of songs from the repertoire of rock and pop bands (including Queen<\/span>, The<\/span> Beatles<\/span>, Scorpions<\/span> and other popular artists); as well as creative artistic projects and innovative programs.<\/p>

The Chapel has toured extensively throughout Europe, including France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, Israel, Belgium, Hungary, Spain, Portugal, Bulgaria, Poland and other countries.<\/p>

The Chapel keeps pace with the times, constantly creating new programs and implementing a contemporary vision for the development of choral art in Ukraine. It explores new forms of expression that appeal to a broad audience.<\/p>

Today, the ensemble also actively participates in charitable concert activities and fundraising events in support of wounded Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel.<\/p>
